Here are some more images from the portrait session I did for our friends, Justin and Jessica, and their two little boys. They are such a cute little family!

Last night I had my annual client appreciation Christmas party! I invite my wedding clients from each year... this year half of my clients were all from out of state! I hosted it at The Cask Room downtown- and if you've never been there before you should definitely check it out! It's an awesome wine bar! Thanks to my wonderful clients and friends that joined us!
Yummy food (Cask Room) and desserts (Extraordinary Desserts):

Deven, Deren and Justin raced the Los Ancianos motorcycle race yesterday in Mexico! Deven placed 2nd (we think)- they all had such a good time. More pictures to come!

Fantastic first dance!

Congrats again, my dear friends! :)
Here's a slideshow of the entire house project- from start to finish! Enjoy! (FYI It's about 450 pictures)
In case you're wondering what our house looked like BEFORE 15 trips to the dump and 9 months of rehab... here's ONE picture. I am way too horrified to put the rest of the pics on here!
This is the living room (before):

And after from the same angle (again):

WOW I can't even believe it sometimes! We've put our whole lives into this for the last eight and a half months... we've had frustrating times, many tiring times, times where we just wanted to leave it alone and not go back, hard times in our marriage, and lots and lots of days where we have to say no to all the fun things we want to do because we have to work!
And yet despite all the whining and complaining, we are SO blessed to have this house. I nearly cry when I look at those early (disgusting) pictures because 1. I cannot believe WE actually did this and 2. we totally don't deserve it. This house is too good.
I just celebrated my 24th birthday a couple weeks ago; my husband Deven is 29. We've been married approximately thirteen and a half months. We own a house in San Diego! I feel so blessed- thank you GOD!
I'll be posting a slideshow soon of all the pictures of the rehab from the last nine months... including those early gross photos! So stay tuned!
WE'RE MOVED IN!!! WOOHOO!
Here are some pics of our home... coming together! Still don't have a fully functioning kitchen yet... hopefully within a week or so!
My office!

Guest bathroom:

I love winter!

Our "great room." The fireplace needs to be finished still- we're planning on putting stacked stone around it. Still have to do baseboards throughout the whole house...

All of my kitchen tools/toys are still in boxes. :(

No cable... who wants to buy us The Office seasons??

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Our cozy bedroom!

Anyone know how to de-wrinkle a bedsrpread that's been in storage for 9 months??

I LOVE these drapes!

Okay well that's it for now! Hopefully we'll be cooking over a stove very soon and having all of our friends over again! And you are all invited to a house-warming party!! :) Maybe New Years?
